"Amazing"

I thought this hospital and its staff (medical and non-medical) were amazing. Everyone here gave the impression that they were genuinely enjoying their work and that at that moment I was the most important thing they had on their, no-doubt crowded, plates. I know that its not fashionable to praise NHS management but they are clearly doing a great job here, fostering a working environment that people enjoy and can shine in. Its a while since I have needed anything from an NHS hospital so didn't really know what to expect, however I was seriously impressed. Thanks to everyone involved over my two visits.
