I was referred by my GP, who had correctly diagnosed my problem but was concerned that there may be another issue.
The consultant was friendly and approachable, & ordered further investigations - 'just to be on the safe side'. My scan appointment arrived sooner than I anticipated and I was seen as soon as I arrived in Radiology.
Overall, I received excellent service from NNUH - everyone was friendly and helpful, from receptionist to consultant.
