"Reception incompetent and rude"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

Staff told of an address change but didn't adjust the computer. Very rude. Don't arrange appointments correctly. Waiting time all 4 times Iv attended was between 1- 1.5 hrs. No continuity of care no one in control of any patients a scramble of emails and phone calls to get any care at all.
