"A & E awful"

Arriving at A & E with what I suspect is a bbroken wrist, says 3 hour delay... Got x rayed quite quickly, but then left for more than 3 hours in the waiting room while drug user caused a problem and threatened people and property, getting plenty of attention from staff, security and the police while real patients sit in agony. I have an allergy to codeine so they would only give paracetamol and ibrufen while I am nearly sick with pain! Eventually get seen and they don't even know that I have had an x ray! Put a rubbish cast on and tell me to go to reception and make an ortho appointment, but reception tell me that I can't! Absolutely awful experience and certainly wouldn't recommend!
