"Nurses now listen to conversation and preferences"

About: Mansfield & Ashfield / Oak tree leg ulcer clinic

(as the patient),

To begin with a little uneasy with a couple of nurses to do with communication and treatment. Nurses now listen to conversation and preferences. Better now building has changed and patients get their own prescriptions (bandages etc). Overall, nothing to change.

Receptionists are very good.

Thank you for taking the time to comment about Oak Tree Lane Leg Ulcer Clinic service provision. The facilities have recently been refurbished to a high standard. I'm sorry that you have had a couple of Nurses whom you struggled with but am pleased that this has since been rectified if you want to discuss this further please discuss with the clinic lead or myself and I can ensure that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I will pass your kind comments on to the receptionists.
