Today I called 111 for advice- I was concerned that I may have celulitis following an insect bite. Was advised to attend St Mary's urgent care unit. On arrival staff were aware of me. I saw the nurse within 5 mins who reassured me and then saw the doctor within 40 mins. All staff were friendly and kind The doctor was polite & kind- introducing himself & not making me feel I was being rushed. Was given antibiotics and advice. I was really impressed and although in the scheme of things my health issue was minor , it is great to receive good care . Thank you
