What I liked
Firstly I could park easily & there was no charge!
Then from the moment I was greeted at the lady on the reception desk by the main door, then to X-Ray and finally the Colonoscopy Department, I was made to feel really special. I was a person who had a name, not just patient No 1234. The staff made me feel relaxed [I was extremely apprehensive about the procedure]. Everything was explained in detail at every stage of the procedure and when I left I wondered why I had worried. - Excellent Hospital, very professional and caring staff.
What could be improved
In a world where people seem to love to complain...... I can honestly say nothing could be improved here.... Except being able to carry out more procedures and not to be regarded as "a satellite" hospital.
