"Physiotherapy treatment for TMJD"

I would like to share my very positive experience regarding the successful treatment I was given for my TMJD within the physiotherapy department at Springfield Hospital. Clare Irons was my physiotherapist for this treatment and my jaw distinction was put right within 2 months after having suffered with it for nearly 2 years and after trying and failing to get treatment elsewhere. I would highly recommend them for any treatment regarding the jaw and she also helped to correct my posture and helped me to understand the effects that stress was having in relation to the treatment of my jaw disfuntion. I learnt a lot whilst I underwent my treatment and it has made me aware that I can help myself to prevent things happening in the future just by adjusting my posture and relaxing.
