After a telephone call to the patient experience team I was told to send an email with my complaint including my telephone numbers so they could contact me. On the 18th August I submitted my email detailing my complaint & included both my landline & mobile numbers, that was 5 weeks ago yesterday and I still haven't had any correspondence what so ever. How long does it take to read a comment & respond to it.
