"12 months on"

I am 67 years old. Just 12 months on from a right hip replacement operation I am totally pain free, play golf 3 times a week, hill walk, can get full rotation and am, once more, able to cycle, and can swim comfortably again. With regard to golf, having played for 3 years considerably impeded by pain in my hip and lower back, my handicap had risen to 17. Since the hip replacement I am now down to 14 and playing the best golf in my life. Thank you Chapel Allerton Hospital and the NHS.
