"Excellent care at Royal Wolverhamptin Hospital"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My nephew was taken to the Emergency Department at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton during the early hours of Sunday following a serious assault where he sustained a broken jaw. The attention, professional attitude, care and compassion he received in ED and subsequently on Ward A23 was second to none.

He underwent a 4 hour operation - the surgeon Mrs. Darryl? And her team in maxillo facial surgery were exemplary. The consideration and communication given to his family members was excellent including theatre team, recovery staff and the staff nurse on the ward caring for him. As a healthcare professional myself for the last 30 years, I would have been proud to work with the whole team.

My sister and all the family are extremely grateful and would like to thank this fantastic team.
