"Feedback for Kirkburton dental centre"

I am a young person and I had a recent appointment, and found the service good. However I felt that the dental practice could have done more to encourage feedback from patients, and more specifically young people. The 'comments' box was a lonely black box, with paper, but no pen, and directly above the reception. Preferably, the box should be nice and colourful, and more generally in the waiting area, with a large sign saying 'Leave Your Feedback Here! '. The comments box at present feels very tokenistic.

In addition there is a large noticeboard with lots of important leaflets attached facing reception, this would be much better placed in the waiting area (where there are lots of blank walls) so patients can peruse whilst they are waiting.

Finally, on leaving the practice I was asked to sign some documentation, and felt under pressure to just sign and not to read the disclaimers.
