What I liked

The younger nurses were more professional and made your staff far more tolerable.

What could be improved

The feedback from Xrays. I was left for 24 hours without update or confirmation if I would need an operation at Frenchay.

One particular HCA was the rudist, uncompashionate person that I am going to personally complain about and I watched in horror and disappointment at the way she treated patients in far more need than myself and she was a disgrace to the NHS.

I am a Police Officer and if a colleague had treated someone in this way I would have to make representations as she made me feel scared and vulnerable in an already traumatic situation
