Yesterday I went to this A&E department with a dislocated knee, after "booking in" at reception I was told to go to minor injuries, in the waiting room was Myself and two other waiting to be seen and one person waiting in the major injuries part, after waiting 4 hours to be seen (bare in mind I was the only one in the waiting room by this time) I asked a doctor how long it would take to be seen and to which I was given a ridiculously snotty reply of "your in a que with 6 people before you and the others have been waiting longer Than you" I looked around and asked who was in front of me as there was no one else waiting. To then be told, wait your turn. After waiting a rather hour (5 hours in total) I finally gave up waiting and went to Maidstone A&E to which I was seen within 30 minutes. Moral of the story do not go to this hospital no wonder it receives horrendous reviews
