What could be improved

going into hospital for a guided needle biopsy with ct scan my appointment was for 1.30pm having had nothing to eat or drink from 7a.m.i arrived at 1.15pm. and at 2pm was taken by a member of the ct suite to lowton ward as i had to have an overnight stay it was 4.15pm before i had the procedure done and when i arrived back on the ward i asked for a drink and all i got was a glass of water. also i know there are cut backs but why was there only a sheet to cover yourself with i was freezing i could have taken my own in if i had been told there where no blankets. also lack of hot drinks one at night and one at 8am i left at 1pm and still had not been offered another drink.
