We decided to have a coffee while waiting for visiting time. The coffee as usual was ffine but the seating area was untidy and tables were dirty. It appeared the staff were not attentive as we were so disappointed we took our coffee to another waiting area it was not very busy so there was no excuse for the area not to be cleaned
