I am extremely upset to hear that my Doctor is leaving Ryehill Health Centre in Dundee. This doctor has provided excellent care not just for myself but word is that most of this doctor's patients are extremely satisfied with their professional yet amiable conduct. This doctor has been very helpful to me in the past and I am worried that I may lose the support that I need and it would be very hard for me to build up trust with a new GP.

I hope there may be a way to continue to see this doctor as my point of contact.
