About: Friarage Hospital Site

I would like to say that the Cardiology Department have a real gem of a nurse to explain to a patient what is going to happen and who is going to make it happen. Although the nurse said we could interrupt if there was anything that I didn't understand, i had only to do this once. Their explanation of what was going to happen when I came into hospital was absolutely brilliant. I came away from this pre-assessment without any worries at all, I Just don't understand about people who complain about hospital staff as I have always found them to be very helpful and kind whenever I have had to use the services of the Friarage and the James Cooke hospital.
