What I liked

My daughter was seen at Children's Outpatients. The staff were lovely, and went out of their way to help her. For them, it was just another half an hour in their working day, and a minor matter, but they treated her as though she was the most important person they had seen, took her fears seriously and sent her away happy. We were very impressed!

It is so nice to hear how well our staff cared for your daugther when she was at the QEII recently. We will make sure that they know how happy both of you were with your experience of what is a very important service.
