"Parking charges"

About: Conquest Hospital

My son and his wife were told to go in today to have their baby induced they were there at 7.30 am, as instructed, only to be told at 2.20 pm to go home and it should happen naturally. I paid £14 for 24 hour parking only to be told that I can't get a refund.

We have a Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) who are always happy to look into individual patient concerns, this includes queries about parking charges. PALS are an informal service who will liaise with Trust staff on behalf of the patient/service user. You may find it helpful to contact them on this occasion. PALS can be contacted on 01424 758090 or by email on PALSH@esht.nhs.uk.
