Visited the A&E department at the Royal Free and could not have been more impressed. The staff were brilliant, so kind, so helpful and really treated me as an individual. I was so ill when I arrived and they did a truly wonderful job, despite the fact they were extremely busy due to 2 other local A&Es being closed. Thank you so much.
