Took 40 minutes to park and lots of parking on ends of rows that made it difficult to get round the corners. Also as so busy people were stopping to get out of cars, when this involved getting people into wheelchairs it adds to the queuing time.
As attending on my own I had to just go with the flow and be late.
the staff were very understanding and my stress levels dropped. After half hour I did consider just going back to work but then would be a DNA so more stress.
This is not the first time I have had to wait so long to park. The best time, I do get excited when it happens is if a 9 to 930 appointment. I now give myself an up to an hour to park and 15 minutes check in time. Luckily my employer is understanding but means I am out of the office a lot longer.
What could be improved?
-Can the park and ride be utilised?
-More or better solution to parking.
-Patient and visitor parking
-Wifi for out patients.
