About: Gravesham Community Hospital

It is a Saturday morning at 9.40 I have just tried to contact the audiology department regarding my mother missing her appointment yesterday (because the transport arranged took her to the wrong hospital). A very polite security man has just explained no-one is available to take a call or even leave a message. I leave you to assess whether this is acceptable or not.
