"So happy I delivered at Hexham"

About: Hexham General Hospital

Hexham hospital maternity ward. I went in to be checked out early in the morning and the midwife was fabulous she looked me over and told me to come back if the contractions got worse which they did around 1. I went in and was seen straight away, she couldn't do enough for me even filled up the water bath for me to try even though I didn't want to deliever in the bath. After the birth I lost loads of blood and had to be rushed off, in an amberlance one of the midwifes travelled with me she was so good made me feel really relaxed considering the curcumstances. I would recommend to everyone to use Hexham. If I ever had a baby again I would love to deliever at Hexham if I could.

Dear Madam, Many congratulations on the birth of your new baby - I hope you are recovering well at home and managing to get a little rest between sleeps !
