What I liked i took my son who had an accident at school and reqiured stiches, whilst my son is 10 the play coordinator was absolutly fantastic ,she knew exactly how to reassure him and kept him calm whilst they stiched , she even held his hand ! she must of been great as what 10 yr old would feel comfatable doing this?
