"Extremely poor service surrounding miscarriage."

My partner and I visited Lancaster Infirmary following a problem pregnancy - a miscarriage followed later. The doctor who dealt with us was extremely insensitive. The options were explained to us but the doctor then proceeded to refuse to accept our chosen option. Samples and bloods were taken but then not tested. Weeks later, further samples were taken and again not tested. We have just been told that any complain must be put in writing as no staff member can explain the lack of compassion or poor service.
