"cannot fault anything at Russell's hall"

We recently experienced every parents worst nightmare..our 4 year old was rushed by ambulance to Russell's hall and we were taken straight to resus. It was obviously such a scary time but all the staff put us at ease straight away, they were amazing with my son. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and was very poorly. We spent 4 days on ward c2 where every member of the team including doctors, nurses, play specialists, etc made the stay so much easier for us. My son received the best care and treatment and we were kept informed of his progress. The play specialists were brilliant..he always had an activity to do and they encouraged him to take medicine with star charts and rewards etc. I cannot fault any member of the team and would like to thank them all for what they did for us. He is now back home and recovering well. Well done everyone on c2 and many thanks!!
