What I liked

I was admitted for thoracic surgery in March. All staff including doctors, nurses, assistants were wonderful. They provided speedy and friendly help every time I needed it. My tests, procedures and operation itslef, under surgeon Redmond's watchful eye, were all on time, with minimal stress, and - ulitmately - successful. Everything was clearly explained to me in advance. I even got help with language interpretation. The rooms in the ward are clean and spacious, the noise is negligible and the facilities are plentiful. Whether or not I was just lucky but I really could not wish more - Thank You!
