"General care in the day surgery ..."

What I liked

General care in the day surgery unit was brilliant as it was in the pre op day ward. Attention to detail and checking all the time that I was OK. The nurses were friendly and reassuring and I felt that I was in safe hands.

The Dr and his team were excellent. I was kept informed of everything that was going on.

Congratulations Frimley I certainly would recemmend your hospital to my friends.

What could be improved

I had to wait a longer time than I was told for my op and therefore I was later leaving than anticipated.

The car park-its a nightmare at 12 noon.

Anything else?

All the administration letters gave me the information I needed and I did not have to wait long to get my op once my initial consultation had been completed.
