Father in law admitted to B21 several weeks ago. He wa very confused and so were several other patients. Due to the amount of confused patients nursing staff seemed stretched. Everyone of them trying-their absolute best. They were patient caring courteous Trying to maintain patients dignity in extremely difficult circumstances. Staffing needs to be looked at when there are so many confused patients. Father in law admitted again after he had fall in nursing home. Nursing staff remembered him and were lovely with him. We need to value our nurses and health care workers. Staffing should be increased in these situations to eleviate stress on nursing team
