I stupidly lost a blood test form and rang the breast care secretary for advice. She could not have been more helpful and said she would go to clinic, get another form and leave it at the path lab. I turned up and there was no form; I expected to be sent away to try and sort it out by phone but the path lab receptionist did it for me. She called the secretary who then came to the lab to find me and explain she had looked and realised I didn't need the blood test because previous results had come back positive. She had tried to phone and left a message on my mobile but I didn't' get it due to lack of reception. She brought a letter for me to read which explained and confirmed that she was right. She was so careful about respecting my privacy and confidentiality. Impressed that both the secretary and receptionist s went the extra mile to sort me out with no suggestion it was anything but a pleasure to assist. Fantastic service.
