About: Arrowe Park Hospital

When I attended for my appointment it was extremely busy. More than 30 minutes wait to see the doctor but once called all staff were very professional and pleasant and I guess just shows how popular this hospital is and that people choose to go here. From all staff I have encountered and spoken to during this episode; the medical, nursing, secretarial, radiography, reception staff and also volunteers who I observed assisting patients having escorted lost patients from one end of the hospital to the other, so efficient and helpful, over the phone and in person.
