"AAU & Richmond Wards & Urology Dept"

Just returned home from West Mid and would really like to express my appreciation to the doctors and nursing staff for the high quality of care which I was given. I should also mention A&E because once I got to be seen ( not an easy thing) they worked quickly and professionally to alleviate my situation. The doctor even made me a cup of tea after treating me ! Once admitted to the wards (AAU & Richmond) I was so impressed with the friendly and efficient reception I was given. The nursing staff, very ably led by their Ward Sisters, were magnificent, nothing was too much trouble and I was also given clear and precise information and explanations before any procedure. Lastly the Urology Team was so impressive. Two doctors who 'work their socks off' in their very long day. I cannot praise too highly, the quality of care, the professionalism and the genuine kindness that these two doctors afforded me. These are two brilliant doctors who will go far in their profession. Thank You All
