The Staff at the hospital were very welcoming arriving at the ward the nursing staff very professional and reassuring before going for surgery. The anesthetist and surgeon came to ward and explained procedure in full which was also very reassuring. Recovery staff brilliant as were the night staff on 3B when I arrived back at the ward very professional.
