"A&E and aftercare"

I don't normally do feedback surveys because they're either full of people complaining or organisations expecting to be praised for doing their jobs properly. But the treatment I received from Darent Valley Hospital was outstanding and went way above and beyond the NHS just doing its job properly. I was admitted to A&E back in May and subsequently referred to Evergreen and I have to say the care and treatment was incredible. Every person I came into contact with, without exception, was not only extremely professional but also good humoured and they genuinely cared. The hospital was clean and well equipped but its greatest resource was its staff. It was very humbling and I'm incredibly grateful for all the help they gave me.
