What I liked
Good balence of profesionalism and friendliness.
Had a 'cottage' hostpital feel rather than a big organisation, you were a person that matered.
The Hostpital Doves gave a lovely calming homely aspect to my stay.
Could not have expected more and would have no quarmes of hving to be a patient there again.
The way on Ward 15 the afternoon shift change was handled was great, the patient was part of it, welldone.
