What I liked

I came in petrified about my hip operation, but was soon cheered by the consultant putting me completely at ease. He explained the proceedure - and even said he hoped both legs would be the same length afterwards! I had a very pleasant single room (not always available) and thoroughly enjoyed my three day stay.

What could be improved
