"Scary to admit there was a problem"

When I came it was scary to admit there was a problem and seeing that I wasn't the only one who was struggling help made me relax. I have to admit it was a eye opener but seeing how far thing could go if not for that I probably would had still carried on till my liver packed in or I became dependent to be honest.

The people I meet all had a story that I could relate too in some context and seeing others achieving quitting or slowing down helped my own struggle. I've slowed down myself an starting to feel better within myself more days than I use to don't get me wrong I've still got a long way probably but Im just going to take it day by day...
