"Could not have had better service"

I had an appointment earlier this month - this was a follow up to an appointment I had at the clinic earlier in the year. At the recent visit I was to get my orthotics upgraded, I could not have had better service from the technician, James.

James was extremely courteous, caring and conscientious – fantastic.
