I went to have a blood test and I was met by a very rude member of staff. All I got was 'come on then' and 'in there' no Hello, no please, no smile nothing. I tried to make conversation about knowing the department was open at 7am and the reply was 'we are open at 7'. I understand everyone has bad days or may not be morning people but you still need manners.
