"Visit to the endoscopy department"

In the last 3 weeks I have been into the endoscopy department for 2 seperate procedures. I found the dr and his staff to be polite, professional , caring , respectful and attentive. Both appointments from start to finish were conducted by staff who had my best interest at heart. They were very understanding , reassuring and strived to make my visits as stress-free as possible. I could not fault any aspect of this department. It is very clean, organised, well stocked and all staff working together as a team. Thank you to all the staff , you are a credit to your profession and to the hospital.
