"Care for children"

Took my 10 year old with cut eye, treatment okay. But very poor nurse attitude to questions whether I had inflicted damage and wanting to speak to my son alone, all handled very badly left my son and myself deeply upset. So counter productive, I would never hurt my son, but if was so inclined, would just avoid taking for treatment in future, therefore compounding any abuse. I was going to leave it but have heard of numerous complaints from parents at a local school who have also been treated badly. I think some customer service training and clear guidelines should be in place.
