"Trouble obtaining a reference after treatment"

I was a client of Inclusion Matters in 2012 and 2013.

The person who supported me was very good, so good I gave them a four star rating out of five.

In recent weeks I requested a character reference, in order to access other mental health services, to help me with my social isolation. They appear to be completely ignoring me. Even with a stamped envelope, an email address, and mobile number, they still refuse to contact me. So when you are an official client, Inclusion Matters are really good. But then afterwards you left a bit baffled.

I am pleased that the therapy you received has proved useful to you and that you found it helpful.

I can only apologise that you have found your follow up from ourselves baffling.

Having looked into this matter, I have found that the request which you sent, went to a venue that is currently without a worker, therefore your request has only recently been forwarded to ourselves.

I have asked someone to contact you as a matter of urgency to see how we can support you in this matter.

I would like to both apologise again for any delay in responding to you and to thank you for your feedback.

We take patient feedback very seriously and it helps us further improve our services.

It appears that some confusion did arise at the venue. Once they became aware of the problem Inclusion Matters did address the communication problem to my complete satisfaction. The service and therapy they provide is a high rating of four stars,
