"Gained techniques to cope better"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

With any new experience, I didn't know what to expect from my sessions for my 'intrusive thoughts'. Overall, I found the whole experience a positive one. At times it scared me as I had to deal with many of my issues head on but with my therapist's help I gained the confidence to apply relevant techniques to learn to cope better. It felt good not to be judged and to have a professional take on things.

I still feel scared about my issues, they haven't disappeared unfortunately, but I know I have the tools to deal with them better.

The service is very professional and I'm glad it exists.
