"Lack of interest from dermatologist at Darent Valley"

I have been to see two different dematologists at Darent Valley hospital, and on both occasions I have been shocked at how poor the service was.

Now I am under no illiusion of expecting a very high level of service but I expect at least a very basic service.

My skin was not looked at, the consultant kept talking over me, and was very rude. I was absolutely dumb-founded and very upset. He had absolutely no interest whatsoever in listening. He gave me no advice, no medicine, nothing - even though there were very visible, and obvious skin problems.

I have found that the consultants I have seen at Darenth Valley have not seemed interested in helping me. In fact, you get a clear message that you are just 'another annoying patient', and that you are taking up time - I was barely in there for 4 minutes. I had waited for over 1.5 hours to see him - they were 1.5 hours late with my appointment.

So, if I had the choose and book option, I would not choose Darenth Valley again.
