"I don't see the point"

About: Patient Opinion Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I don't see the point of this questionnaire. I had a phone call and chose where to have my treatment- what else is there to say?

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

We collate the information provided by the questionnaire from patients using the service to find out if there are specific issues which need to be addressed by the TRAQS team.

Patient feedback is a tool which is used frequently within the NHS, specifically for TRAQS it is used to help us to develop the service further for the benefit of patients registered with a GP within the Telford and Wrekin area.
