About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Outstanding professionalism; skilled attention & examination, perfect explanation of pros & cons of surgery, effective use of time with all tests/xray done before seeing consultant- so no waste of time & all information available.

Civil, polite, efficient nurse & xray management.

They should be running the NHS- nowhere else like it around here.

We do not NEED TRAQS. We want doctor to doctor referral management.
