If it was not so good for you then structure your comments so that a learning outcome can benefit everyone. I found my treatment at the N&N eye department superb. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration to the entire staff of the eye department, for the help I received with my recent operations, I am totally impressed with the whole department’s dedication to do their utmost to improve the sight of what must be tens of thousands of patients. The information supplied to patients is both concise and accurate. The methods and structure of the whole operation must have evolved from a continuous improvement environment where a learning process has been clearly implemented, integrating modern technology, and systems, not by accident did it get this good! From the valued volunteers to the surgeons and senior management all appear as a seamless caring organisation handling the vast workload with apparent ease, as well as treating their patients with kindness and respect. Well done and thank you to everyone!
