"Pay parking - antiquated machines"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

The main parking operates on a pay system with machines that only accept coins. It is very common today to find machines that operate with credit or debit cards or even by phone or mobile app: Ringo , Dash etc. it should not be beyond the JR to install modern systems. Not only that, when leaving at 9:30 at night, the lights at the meter location were not working, and one of them were out of order.
