"Two day stay for a biopsy"

From arrival to departure I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff I came into contact with. I was greeted on arrival in a friendly manner and informed what was to happen. We even met the car park attendant as we drove in to park and he could not have been more helpful. I suppose I came into contact with around 30 people during my stay and every single one showed a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. I felt there was warmth and caring in the hospital and a calming atmosphere. The people were not just doing a job they do really care. The whole visit went well and I was left with the distinct impression that this is a very well run and competent organisation. The managers who I never saw deserve a great deal of credit as this sort of organisation does not happen by chance. Please pass on my comments where appropriate . To some who read this it may appear I have gone over the top with my comments I assure you this is exactly as I found it. If you are due to attend here do so with confidence.
